Quick fixes first

A file will not convert? Make sure it is a valid image file and try a hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R). All conversions run locally, so an outdated cached page is the usual culprit.
Result looks wrong or too large? Tell us the source format, target format, and roughly what the file contains — that is usually enough to reproduce it.
