The short version
Imgvert is built to be private by default. Image conversions run locally in your browser: the files you convert are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
Your files
When you convert an image, all processing happens on your device. We never see, store, or transmit your files, their names, or their contents.
What we may collect
Anonymous product analytics only(if enabled through PostHog): page URL, referrer, tool events such as "a conversion was started", selected formats and outcome, tied to a random ID generated in your browser. Image bytes, image contents and file names are not sent. No accounts, no advertising trackers and no sale of personal data.
Data retention and deletion
Nothing you convert ever reaches us, so there is nothing to retain or delete from a conversion. The optional analytics processor may retain event data under its own policy. If the support form is enabled, Web3Forms receives the submitted name, email and message so we can reply.
